A breath isn't just a breath, a physical function--Breath becomes a connection to spirit with purposeful mindfulness using one or more of Blair's methods. These 'bite-sized' methods regarding breath, words & phrases, hand gestures, meditation tips and more, most certainly can bring you to a new level of calm, peace and balance--just like that. My own practices have become more meaningful and … potent. An enjoyable read, Blair uses simple, relatable stories. I have so many bookmarked pages to refer back to! And I just bought the remaining books in his series.

I was looking into incorporating short mindfulness exercises throughout my day to reduce stress, and I found this book. I love that the author provides quick 6 second meditations and guided breathing exercises. I have noticed improvements with my sleep and less stress in my day to day life since incorporating these practices. I found the information about Mantras to be very interesting. My favorite one from the book is, “I am the master of my fate and the captain of my soul.” I am looking forward to practicing more of the meditations and mindfulness exercises in this book. I have already recommended this to a few friends and will continue to recommend this wonderful book.
